Laura is an absolute star - and moe than a little brave to choose a career dealing with hooves like mine! The entire experience was outstanding. The chap on reception was charming and friendly, Laura gave my hooves a whole new lease on ife, and it didn't break the bank. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
