We are so excited to welcome you back both inside and out - we are as safe as possible and will be following all precautions, so you can feel secure while enjoying great food and drinks. We have made our garden even more special and with our fully stocked outside bar we can serve you food and drinks in complete safety and in an idyllic location with over 80 seats.
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:
Bar - 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm | Food - 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 8pm
Friday & Saturday:
Bar - 12pm to 10pm | Food - 12pm to 8.30pm

We will be closed on Tuesdays from 26th April 2022.
We offer table service only and so we would suggest you book using the button above. We take both cash and cards to make life as easy as possible.
We are open for takeaways for pick-up only from 12pm until 8pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and we have a cracking Sunday Roast as a pickup from 12 until 5pm on Sundays.

Phil Rutter4 StarVery friendly (and especially dog friendly) pub. Good Sunday lunch, with a relaxed atmosphere. Not quite what we expected from their website (thought it might be a bit foodie / upmarket), but very good nonetheless. Pricing for food a bit on the high side, but portion sizes and quality made it actually good value. Easy to run up the bill for drinks or extras, however.

Sarah Twort5 StarWe have just spent a week in Alderton and loved the Gardeners Arms. Wendy and Co were so welcoming and the food was great. We must have eating in there most days and every meal was fresh and delicious. The Roast was one of the best roasts I have ever tasted. Our dog Buddy loved his doggy meals too! A nice touch for dogs. Gail Kavanagh5 StarMy husband and I popped in for a pit stop lunch while doing the Alderton circular walk while staying at Dumbleton Hall hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Dan the restaurant manager.
