What can you say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews, amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Amazing room, so clean and comfortable. Situated in lovely countryside with great walks and plenty of parking. If we get back to lakes I know where we'll be staying. Thank you for a lovely stay

Probably the best b&b we have ever used. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. The Ginny is very convenient for motorway and has ample parking. We will be back.

Stopped in a cottage and found the location to be quiet and very easy access from the M6. The cottage was well presented, comfortable and well equipped. The location is a perfect base for touring the lakes, Scottish borders etc. We found the hosts to be welcoming and would certainly recommend The Ginney and cottages.
