In addition we are also able to replace misted up, cracked and damaged double glazed units of all sizes and specifications.

At The Glass Shop Weymouth you are welcome to place orders with us by phone, which means that your order will be ready to be picked up at a suitable time for you. Good price and great service from this company, Lyn in the office was very good at communicating with us and arranged for the windows to be fitted very promptly. Lee was very friendly and efficient, I think he was only at our house for 20 minutes and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend Weymouth Glass to everybody. I went down and discussed my needs with them and they couldn't have been more helpful. Martin told me how to measure up the glass and how to fit myself and even offered to come and measure for me if needed. Ordered 7 pains of different sized double glazed glass on the Friday and the following week it was made up for me to collect. I then ordered two more pains as the price was so cheap and the quality was excellent which were made up in 15 minutes while I waited. Faultless service, one happy customer 👊 😃

I finally had my glass delivered and installed but I don't know if you can tell from the photos how poorly this was done. The contractor I had to get in after installation to rectify what had been done said it looked like the silicone had been applied with a spoon and that the finish was very rough. If I had applied the silicone I would be disappointed, for a suppossed professional glass company to apply the silicone in this way was truly shameful. The whole experience has been terrible.

Still waiting for our glass. Ordered on 19th February and at the time when we placed the order they confirmed it would be installed within 3 weeks, 11 weeks later and we are still waiting. We have called numerous times. They say they will find out and call back they never do. I spoke to Jenny in the office today she said she totally understood why I was so frustrated snd if it was her she would be totally fed up snd angry but then went into to complain that I hadn’t spoken to her before so it wasn’t her fault and that she was just working in the office and she could not tell me where the glass was. When I asked to speak to someone who could help she told me no one was in today. Unfortunately this now means I will have to travel to their offices tomorrow and speak to the owner Martin directly as I am unable to solve this over the telephone.
