Don't book this venue. They are untrustworthy and will do anything to retain your security deposit. When you first view they will make verbal promises and once you have left a deposit they start to come up with additional fees. All the paperwork they provide does not have a contact name for correspondence and only refer to them as Sapphire Wedding group Ltd. They are difficult to get hold of to resolve queries. They have refused to return my security deposit because of an alleged car incident in the car park. They have failed to provide requested CCTV footage of the alleged damage wall in the car park of the area before and after the incident. This would confirm that any damage was pre- existing. We wished we had never used this venue for our daughter's traditional wedding. I noticed you have responded with more lies as with other response to the other reviews. IWe have evidence of photos taken of the alleged damaged wall from the event we held at your venue in October 2021. We raised concerns about our other two bookings because you demanded additional money at the event in October 2021. We only proceeded with our other 2 bookings because of time and we couldn't get our deposit back. If you have CCTV evidence why have you not responded to our solicitors? I am not writing the review to damage your reputation, you are doing very well by yourself. I am stating the truth and exercising my right to share my experience and wrn others. Other reviews ar waste people's time and have to go through the court to get what rightfully belongs to them backe enough testimonials. It's a shame you are wasting people's time to go to court to fight for their right.At the time of the incident your event manager confirmed that there was no new damage to the wall but you changed your mind when I requested for my security deposit. You have since been ignoring my emails. You have the drivers details why are you not pursuing with the driver if there was a damage? Moreover, do you have any right to the car park walls?

We arrange a wedding reception for our niece at this venue unfortunately this experience was well below par, I'm taking the time to write this review so that anyone, especially from the Pakistani background can be warned that the food is well below par from what we Pakistanis culturally expect from our dishes, for me the problems was three fold: 1. the agreed menu consisted of the following: - vegetable chaat - bland and probably the worst item on the menu - bite size seekh kebabs - Good taste but cold - tandoori chicken - bland and cold - rice - cold - mutton curry - Good and luke warm - chicken curry - awful and cold - Saag Paneer - tasteless and cold - Daal - I didn't touch - Naan bread, - not fresh and staying with theme COLD. the naans immediately ran out, when there is Saag & Daal on the menu, then there should be naan breads available, but because they ran out, no one really eat it, what a waste of food. - Gajrela & Ice cream - portion size was one table spoon, but tasted OK - Tea - didn't materialise, even though I asked them When we booked this venue, we attended a tasting session where the food was completely different from what was served on the day. I can only assume that the food is prepared at a different location much earlier and transported to the venue where they have no facilities to heat the food to an edible temperature. 2. The service was haphazard and disorderly, the waiters, bless them were really trying hard, but if there is lack organisation then there is no hope. What I really found strange was that when the sweet dishes were being served, all the dirty plates and dishes were still on the table hence there was no space on the tables, so it was just handed to people to eat. 3. We had a young lady who attended the event, she was disabled, and when she arrived at the venue, she was told there are no lifts and she could not reach the 1st floor where the main reception area is located. When we asked them about this problem, they told us that we should have informed them before, not sure how that would have made a difference, not as if they would put in a lift overnight. This place lives 20 years in the past, not appreciating that Disability discrimination is against the law, its the same as telling an Asian or Gay person that they are not welcome. Their lack of appreciation of what was wrong with their attitude was mind boggling. In my opinion they should apologies to the disabled lady for her experience and discuss the matter with the groom/ bride.

Food was cold, Starters ran out, and half of the menu was not the same as tasting. Food was preffered choice of venue as we left everything to grove banqueting. service was ok but there is a lot of room to improve. Friendly staff.
