what a shame that some people let this service down and spoil a good reputation, i have a distant relative in this home who at times may come across as difficult, but the truth of the matter is she may buzz frequently for assistance or to ask the for the time, only to have her clock hidden by the night staff, after working in care for over 14 years myself i find this to be massively abusive and very cruel, why would you do this to a vunerble adult. after being very independent and having to move out of her home you’d think care staff (and i use the word care very loosely) would be more supportive and understanding.
