Just stranded waiting for our disabled-access taxi. The staff welcomed us in to take shelter from the sudden downpour. Made Mum a cuppa and chatted. I watched how the stylist caredfor their clients. I plan to come back for my retouch and tidy.

This was my first experience at the HP. Hannah was brilliant, she listened to what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut and head massage that was really relaxing. I will definitely go back there and would highly recommend Hannah to anyone. Thank you!

This place gave the worst hair cut I have ever had. It wasn't just not straight it was all different lengths, even upon going back to get it sorted it was still different lengths. The colour wasn't left in long enough and my roots are a different shade. All in all a terrible experience from the 'Senior Stylist'. I was offered a full refund but only because I was told "You've paid for our top stylist and because of that you probably wouldn't want anyone below." Just left me with a mess to sort out myself. Whilst I was happy to take the refund, I was baffled by this as a way to solve the issue. I have no idea why they have a 'HR & Administration person' and a 'Development & Marketing person' when neither bother to get back to you and neither apologize for any wrong on their side of things. A totally over priced, over rated and under trained salon!
