A truly rock n roll pub with a great selection of beer, ale and cider. The atmosphere is great, with a wide range of 50s, 60s, rock n roll and rockabilly memorabilia adorning the walls. Friendly bar staff, big local characters who aren't afraid to get up and dance (and in doing so, most of them proving that age is just a number) and a fantastic selection of live music acts ranging from rock n roll, r'n'b and country and western. Rock on, Headlands! ✌

Went there for my uncle's wake who was a regular and well known in the Headlands. The landlady and her staff were fantastic in giving my uncle the send off he deserved. Well done and thank you all!!!

Attended a couple of times now for country music on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month. Really friendly with plenty of parking and a good selection of different drinks

A nice little community pub, with friendly staff. The pub is fairly sizeable and split into two halves. One side is more traditional with the usual pub games you expect to see, pool (50p a frame), darts and even skittles! The other side of the pub has had a huge overhaul and looks great. The decor is down in a 50’s style and works really well when they have live bands playing, which they do on a regular basis. The pub doesn’t serve food, but does offer pub snacks. Not a huge range of beers/ciders on tap, but all the classics are there and the prices are great.
