Great to find authentic South Indian food in Farnborough! The service was great, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food came quickly and it was amazing 👏 Real South Indian flavors at a very good price 😋 we will come back and try everything on the menu!

Hmm. Disappointing overall and I will explain (take away). I ordered 2 X masalla Dosas. 1 Cheese Dosa. 2 X Vaada. 2 Masalla teas. Service was slow and you can tell the front of house staff are inexperienced. They managed to lose the order slip. Luckily I still had my receipt with the order so they used that! The teas came in poor quality cups and the lids don't fit properly. Very weak tasting masalla tea - that was a waste. Lady dropped a sugar sachet on the floor but picked it up and stuck it in the bag when she should have binned it. Everything came in a bag that was too big so the sambal had tipped and leaked a bit in the car. Restaurants should always ensure food items are packed tightly in a bag. With Indian takeaways, double bagging is always a good idea! The dosas were soft, I expected them to be slightly crispy but maybe I'm wrong. I've had dosas before but not too many. The masalla potato filling had hardly any flavour so was disappointing. I thought the Dosa size wasn't very big. The vaddas tasted fine. The sambal and chutney's were very nice but that was the only positives!

I ordered the plain dosa and it was delicious! Perfectly crisp and light and the sauces served with it were delicious. I also ordered poori and that was equally delicious. It was so light and fluffy, and the potato served with it tasted incredible. I also highly reccommend the samosas. It comes with a very tasty sweet sauce that tastes like nothing I've ever tried before. It blew my mind. My only issue with the restaurant was the confusing service. The waiter explained a dish confusingly and we ended up with an extra plate of poori thar we didn't want but accidentally ordered because of how they explained things. Other than that, it was great. Highly recommend this place, it's a real hidden gem in Farnborough and the price is quite cheap considering how big the portions are.

Fantastic South Indian food. A rarety outside London and this one has really high standard of dishes. So glad this has opened !
