James Steel3 StarThis is a perfectly good pub just off the way back from Cornwall to pretty much everywhere. It serves food until 2.00 at lunchtimes and closes from 3.00, so don't go expecting a burger and a beer mid-afternoon. Its location is what makes it a sensible stop.Wednesday 8th June 2022

G Whi2woo5 StarReally lovely little pub with friendly staff. Stopped for Sunday lunch - but sadly its only avaliable Sept - March. But had good menu choice, I very much enjoyed a tasty goats cheese and caramelised onion pizza - traditional style thin bread. The fish and chips had good praise from my friend.Tuesday 26th July 2022
Brian Lowe5 StarBest pub in the village for food, drink, service and cleanliness. Plus watch out if you go to the other pub, pub dog allowed to roam free unsupervised and can be quite nasty towards other dogs. Much better and safer at the Huntsman.Sunday 14th August 2022
