I had the pleasure of working at Knoll Nursing Home, I worked there for two years!! I can only speak well, the way the residents are treated is wonderful, the food is of very good quality! It has a huge variety of drinks, from tea, coffee to milkshakes (strawberry, banana, chocolate...), lemonade, Tizer... it's amazing! I have work as a care for over 20 years , in England i count 5 years, I worked for agencies as a care ,for these agencies I worked in many different nursing homes and  care homes ... but i never worked in a place that gave me so  much pleasure as The Knoll, it should be an example to follow! 5 ⭐️ NT Get Outlook for Android

An excellent nursing home with professional, caring and kind staff. Residents are able to make decisions for themselves and are encouraged to join in the social activities programme and interact with staff and each other. There is always a choice of food at meal times and this is essential to provide people with a normal lifestyle. I thoroughly recommend this nursing home.

The care can only get better, my father was kept dehydrated on more than one occasion, had constipation for 6 days without the nurses being aware, given drinks without the proper amount of thickener regularly. Adult Social care have been in recently because of a number of complaints including mine. It did improve in the last few days of my father's life, hence the 2nd star
