Our team of enthusiastic, highly qualified and knowledgeable staff ensure that each child is given the care, attention, and support to enable them to reach their full potential. All activities and experiences provided for our children are steeped in learning opportunities appropriate for supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage and are adapted to the individual needs and interests of the children.

Effective, well-trained and dedicated key workers monitor the children’s well-being and developmental progress through an extensive understanding of each child's personality, well-being and family.

We provide a high ratio of staff to children ensuring safeguarding procedures are consistently and stringently adhered to, staff-training is always evolving, and the levels of care and attention given to the children goes above and beyond the minimum requirements. We believe that in order to teach you must first understand how children learn, as it is with strong pedagogical knowledge that staff can provide activities and experiences which offer each child appropriate and motivating challenge.

At The Learning Tree every child is developed as an individual based upon their interests, preferences and learning styles.
