Called in today. Never been in a wetherspoons before and was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of beers and well priced food. Nice atmosphere and good bar staff even though the place was heaving, queues were acceptable. Will make a return visit soon.

Local Spoons. Come here often and never have a problem. Come often for games nights with friends or just to meet up with others. Foods good. Prices are good.

Thursday Breakfast time. Miners, Eggs Benedict and Pancakes 🥞 free refill coffee and hot chocolate. £15.00 ordered on App from table. Cheeky IPA at bar🍺

If I could no stars I would! What a change from previous visits. Table sticky, in fact the whole place felt grim. Went to order food from the bar to be told no jacket potatoes, back again to order something different, again item wasn't available. Reordered once more - another mix up as mine wasn't what I ordered! Eventually got full refund and left without eating. Can't see us going back unless the whole place improves, cleans up and gets its act together. I know it's not a Michelin star restaurant but please provide a decent standard of cleanliness and service.
