After having my sides and back done at no. 2 length, I requested to change it to no. 1 as it seemed too long for me, to which I was told that there will be an extra charge as the barber ‘has already done his haircut’. Never mind the fact that I was not happy with it! I was going to trim my beard too but after this comment I decided to do it myself at home 🙈 The Lodge used to be good but the staff on shift today weren’t great. I would not recommend.

Pop in about a week ago before a holiday. I think it was Micheal that was there he was the only one there at the time. I ask for my normal cut but I did say I was not sure about the front as it changes every time I visit the babers. He finished and I was not sure. he didnt rush and he took his time and took a little more off the top. There was someone else waiting half way through but he made sure I was happy with my cut.

The only place I go to for a haircut since moving to Folkestone a few years ago. The guys there really look after you. Michael and David are very skilled and attentive barbers.
