Despite being way beyond capacity for delivery or take outs, the staff carried on taking orders whilst fielding complaints by phone or in person as nobody was happy. This appalling greed displayed a sheer disrespect for customers....oh and the food was tasteless and smothered in tomato sauce, kitchen obviously doesn't care either!Sunday 8th May 2022

I tried to book for a birthday- the booking initially was pretty difficult to arrange; so much background noise, lack of understanding ... but we got there eventually. I wanted to drop a birthday cake off before the arranged booking and do a little deco. I was told to drop between a time- I called them as i was worried I maybe a bit late due to heavy traffic on m40, that's when they informed me that nobody is there and they are closed and all of this, I explained that I already had arranged ect ect.
Anyway the food was great and service could've been better.
Then, I wanted to pack my cake back as there was so much left still... the staff had GOT MY CAKE BOX OUT OF THE BIN AND HANDED IT OVER TO ME TO PUT MY CAKE BACK IN THE ORIGINAL BOX !!! Lucky for a child spotting this and informing me intime before I put the cake back in the 'OUT OF BIN' box !!
Fair play for them coming forward and actually admitting to this but I just think that was completely unacceptable !
Yeah, worth a go just watch they don't pull anything out of the bin and hand it to you :)Tuesday 10th May 2022
