Jamal repaired and cleaned our rug beautifully. Originally, the rug was dirty and dangerous because the sides had started to fray creating a tripping hazard. Not only has he repaired the sides and created new tassels for the top and bottom but he has also restored the vibrant colours so we can enjoy the rug again. I would definitely recommend him. His price and turnaround time are also very good.

Very disappointed and no acknowledgment from Jamal after pointing out what a poor job he had done. Half cleaned a rug, leaving me to clean the whole rug properly and remove so much remaining dirt! A complete wate of time and money. If thinking of using Jamal to clean a rug then save your money and take it to a professional who has the equipment, knowledge and attention to detail to do a decent job!

The fringes of my Turkish rug were badly frayed. Jamal repaired and renewed them .He did an excellent job within 48 hours. I now have a rug I can use again. Thoroughly recommended.
