Michael Walsh5 StarJason served our Party Wall Notices along with subsequent Schedule of Conditions for both our neighbours prior to our small rear extension project getting underway. Jason was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and completed the necessary work promptly and efficiently. Both neighbours found him a pleasure to deal with.
The cost of two Schedule of Conditions wasn't something I had anticipated prior to moving forward with our extension so that was a bit of a blow.Sunday 23rd April 2023
