I came in to see Kristina completely clueless as to the origin of an increasing hip pain that was not only preventing me from exercising properly, but even causing me discomfort at rest. Three sessions later...and I am FIXED with a plan to keep on top of it!!! And as an added bonus, Kristina also fixed an ongoing niggly knee (connected to the hip), which numerous experts have not managed to fix before. Highly recommend - very knowledgeable and also a joyful person :)

I have been seeing Jo for the last year and she has gradually worked through the pain I was having in the base of my back, tracing it to a misaligned pelvis, which then caused nerve and muscle pain in my hips and leg. She has used lots of techniques together which has gradually solved the problem. At my last appointment today I was happily signed off and am no longer in pain. Thanks Jo - you have been amazing!

Jo is fabulous. Three weeks after breaking my elbow my very bruised arm was treated with accipuncture. This has made an enormous difference in the pain I have been feeling since I broke it. Jo is calm, compassionate and explains very well what treatment she recommends and why. All done in full PPE and with clear guide lines with re. to Covid 19. Highly recommend the Physio!

Like a lot of people I’ve suffered for over 20 years with back ache and pain . I’ve just had my 2nd appointment and I feel fantastic ! I can’t thank Kristina enough , so knowledgeable in her field and explains everything as she goes . I can’t wait to see how I feel after my next appointment 😂😂
