The Prince is a beautifully positioned guesthouse in Great Yarmouth located in Princes Road which is less than a 2 minute walk from the golden sandy beach, Britannia Pier and all the seafront attractions.
Princes Road is next to the famous Regent Road, which is a lively pedestrian only street leading all the way from the seafront to the town centre and market place, and is lit up in the evening by a stunning ceiling of lights. Along Regent Road you will find many traditional seaside shops as well as Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and also the famous Rock Factory where you can still watch seaside Rock being made.
We want your stay to be about what you want so our room prices start from bed only per night, but we are happy to price for bed and breakfast and offer better prices for the longer you stay. We welcome holiday makers, solo, business travellers, contractors and offer good discounts on groups of guests. Just give us a call to discuss your personal requirements.
Many of our larger rooms with King or Super-King size beds also can accommodate travel cots for up to 2 year olds, or toddler beds are available for a small supplement suitable for 2 to 6 year old children. ( Girl and Boy toddler beds available so please specify required option when booking )

Samantha Bentley5 StarBeautifully, decorated, spotlessly clean hotel and bedrooms. Excellent hosts, very friendly and super helpful. Located a stones throw from the beach and also the bustling tourist centre, the hotel is in an ideal spot. The in-house bar offers excellent value for money and is more affordable than many of the local pubs. Beautiful

Derek Bromage5 StarI found The Prince to be a clean, tidy and well maintained hotel. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was again clean and well laid out with a more than adequate en-suite bathroom. Breakfast, in our case continental, was served quickly, it was enjoyable and more than enough to fill you up. Over all, I would recommend The Prince and would stay there again.Monday 9th May 2022

Afternoon Tea was delicious and filling, set in a beautiful room and with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!Sunday 3rd July 2022

The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in with good quality bedding and pillows. The room and ensuite were spotlessley clean.
