Huge shop offering an abundance of product's. What's not to like, it's amazing. Easy parking. The store is always tidy. Staff are busy so you may not see one in store for assistantance, just be patient

Normally I am quite happy with the products I've purchased from the Cheltenham branch of The Range. However last week, I bought two bags of logs, the contents of the first bag burnt alright. But when we started using the logs from the second bag, they would not burn properly. My partner said they were wet. On further investigation, I noticed that one of the logs was quite damp, and had fungus growing on it! My partner said that the wood must have been stored in damp conditions for a long time, for the fungus to grow. This is simply not good enough, infact it is appalling.

Nice big shop plenty of stock on the shelves the only downside a lot of the prices from items were missing and I mean not just the odd one a lot of prices had been removed.
