The Range, Coalville

A nice & clean The Range in Coalville shopping area, seems “posher” than other Range stores. Lots of gorgeous Christmas trees, lights, decorations and gifts, which is so lovely to see. Store sells almost everything; food & snacks, household items, pet food & stuffs, drinks, toys, DIY items, garden supplies, lightings, curtains & blinds, kitchen appliances & utensils, and more. Key cut service in store too. Great prices on most items. Shop in store, click & collect, and shop online. It’s quite busy when I visited the store in the afternoon, but only 1 checkout available and the queue was long. The staff at the checkout was polite. Free parking space in the shopping area, including disabled, children & parents parking spaces, I believe it has no time limit at the moment.

Classic range - don’t really know how to give shops like this a 5* as they’re always just ok - do exactly what you need but nothing special!

While pottering around in this store my boyfriend found a tool he thought would be suitable for a little DIY project and being only a pound he thought great perfect for what I need .....bargain.... He was then charged £1:29 not a probem but not wanting to pay the extra he said "it only a pound" The cashier, Jo rang through to the managed and asked if he could check the price ...he announced "it's 1:29" my bf then decided to personally fetch the ticket himself ...and there it clearly stated £1:00 My bf said you have to charge us by whats on the ticket the staff member/manager then said in a very loud voice we don't have to by law but on this occasion we will charge you the pound!! Sooooo beware folks always check the ticket on the shelf and your recept....only 29p we know but could be much worse for someone else And to the managed...get some training and a few lessons in customer care!

Good store. Spacious with a comprehensive stock of items that are competitively priced. I went to buy some JBL 710 headphones and bought more items that I didn't expect to be available. The staff were nice too!
