Just love the range, I usually think I have expensive tastes, but I go in here and buy great things at very reasonable prices. Recent purchases, two huge pictures, a full length mirror with a bevelled mirror'd border and a mosaic bistro set for the garden. Really impressed.

Really well stocked with so many items I didn't even know I needed until I saw them. It's one of those shops you could pop in for one or two items and come out with armfuls. The only downside is it's tricky to fit down some aisle in my wheel chair, there are no wheelchair trolleys, it's sometimes difficult to find a member of staff on the shop floor to ask for help. The queues are usually quite long but the staff are generally pretty quick at serving and getting people through quickly.

Have never received such bad customer service IN MY LIFE from a supposed ‘Manager’ at the Maidstone Branch today. I was waiting to pay for my items - the only person in the queue - with 5 members of staff not acknowledging my existence. The phone rang and a staff member asked another if they should get that and the other responded yes. I asked to speak to a manager and counted out how many staff members were standing there. The manager Wendy came and I explained the situation before I could even finish she said (yeah you counted me too) I was shocked to be honest and said wow quite honestly it seems you don’t care and again I was interrupted with I never said that. When I began to speak again the manager said whatever and walked away! I genuinely couldn’t believe it. If this is who you have working at the top of the store is it any wonder I didn’t get served! Will NEVER step foot in that store again!

Well stocked. The queue to pay was ridiculously long.....There was a good selection of house plants, they did need a little attention and some water would have helped.

Easy to find as it's in a retail park. The store is quite big but a little confusing where things are as the Isle are not all in the areas you would think like kitchen things, bathrooms etc. I went to buy some new kitchen equipment but they don't have a lot of sets it's more pick and mix in a lot of areas. They do sell sets of plates, bowls etc but some don't have the full set available so you have to either order online then pay for delivery or travel to a different store. They have no stock Check facilities in store or on the app
