When we arrived around 6:30pm it was lovely and quiet we were seated and welcomed. Service was efficient and our waiter Noah was lovely. We only had a drink and main but the food was lovely and came out within a reasonable time. A large party arrived and sat next to us which made the area much louder to a point we couldn't hear ourselves across the table. But all in all the food, service and ambience was lovely especially for an on the spot decision to eat out.

Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. We had drinks and desserts which were lovely. The cinema was intimate and comfortable. My only advice would be the front tow rows are right under the screen and you may get a stiff neck.

We have visited this cafe on numerous occasions because we love it here. A nice waltz around the shops or a walk around the lakes either way, a cuppa or lunch finishes off off visit lovely. Would definitely recommend as the service is very good, staff are professional and its really comfortable.

Such a lovely place, a must for all film lovers. The dine and film packages are excellent value and turn a normal night out, into a special night out. Excellent choice on the menu and well presented. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can either have your meal, before or after the film. Two different cinema experiences in either the 'big' or 'small' venue. If you love watching films or just a great meal out, or both, you must try The Red Carpet Cinema.

Arrived for meal at 6:30pm (had cinema booked for 8) Full order was taken around 6:45pm. Drinks and starters arrived very fast. This is where it went downhill! Our plates for starters were cleared super fast and shortly after this my small beer was empty. We were never asked once if we wanted more drinks! At around 7:45pm I called a waiter over and asked where our main meals were as we had the cinema at 8. At the same time I ordered more drinks. Our mains arrived at about 7:55 but still no drinks. I shoveled my food in but my partner couldn't as she needed a drink desperately by this point. I politely asked for a manager to come over and see us as these issues aren't the waiters fault. The manager (if you can call her that) didn't bother! Apparently she was too busy. However when we went to eventually go through to the cinema she was selling tickets on the front desk 🤷🏻‍♂️. My advice if you're desperate to sit in a run down uncomfortable small screen cinema is DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! I can honestly say we wish we hadn't bothered. It was a birthday meal and film and was absolutely ruined by incompetent management. Do yourself a favour and book for the Thai restaurant on site instead.
