John Harris5 StarWe recently purchased a caravan near the Royal Oak which has become our local when we are there. The pub provides a great welcome with an excellent range of beers and lagers. The Sunday lunches are terrific. We have been twice now and haven’t been disappointed on either occasion. I would recommend the mustard glazed ham, but it’s all good and if they have the ginger sponge on the desert menu then go for it 😊. Make sure you are hungry though, I would suggest skipping breakfast.Thursday 30th September 2021
Glenda Dexter5 StarWent here for Sunday lunch today. Great home cooked food and plenty of it, although you can order small ,medium or large roast dinners (what a great idea). The owners were very welcoming and friendly. This is a very busy place on a Sunday so you have to book a table. We will certainly be back for more.Sunday 22nd August 2021
