Many thanks to Natalie and Michala, especially Natalie, who accompanied us throughout the process, always answering any questions that we had and even now she is still accompanies us in the post-sale process. We are new to the buying process and of all the parties involved (solicitors, housing association, builder, mortgage adviser and real estate agency) the share ownership shop was the one who always took us by the hand at every step. We had the most wonderful experience with Natalie and Michala from the shared ownership shop during our first home purchase. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was as easy and as less stressful as possible. We would not have been able to cope / deal with it all without them. Being first time buyers, we really needed that extra help and guidance and we were given this 100%. Natalie responded to all questions and emails almost instantly and kept me updated through-out whilst pushing to get exchange and completion done as quickly as she could for us. We do not know how we could’ve done any of this without her! The hugest thank you in the world 🙏🏻😁

Nothing but good words to say about The Shared Ownership Shop! Absolutely fantastic service and great support throughout. Unfortunately I had a bumpy ride with my solicitors and being a first time buyer this wasn’t helping me at all, but in particular, Natalie at the Shared Ownership Shop, helped me out tremendously, she kept me calm and supported me along the way. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and had the most patience I’ve ever known anyone to have! Absolutely thrilled with the outcome as I’m writing today from my brand new beautiful home!
