Ordered a carpet for lounge stairs and landing to be fitted 19th oct 2021. With a serious of events to noone coming on the 1st fitting to the carpet being too small. I was without a carpet in the lounge for 4 weeks. Unable to have any family functions within this time Eventually done. Again supposed to be 1st fitting in the morning close to 10am. It was afternoon The customer service from darren was appalling with no apology at anytime. Nothing seemed to be his fault. I would not recommend or use again.

Good price and showroom experience all dealt with by a lady called Emma (I think) but sadly downhill from then onwards. Vinyl in the kitchen poorly laid and bubbling in some of the corners. The installers apparently were incapable of moving a fridge freezer. Nails left on the floor in the carpet presenting a health and safety risk. Doors all removed from hinges as I expected, however, not rehung even though 75% didn’t need sanding down to fit. The screws also weren’t left. When querying this with the showroom they said they would look into it and get back to me and didn’t. They then refused to give me the details of their carpenter to get the doors rehung. My family have used this company for 3 separate houses, however, we will go somewhere else in future.
