The linen we will collect from you will be sorted, washed, pressed and packed separately. We will run through with you step by step which linen package suits your organisation, from linen type, quantities required and collection and delivery days all of which we are very flexible. The Wash Basket provides a regional laundry service that covers a 60 mile radius from Oundle, taking in Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Kettering, Rushden, Peterborough, Spalding, Wisbech, March, King’s lynn, St Ives, St Neots, Cambridge, Huntingdon, up to Stamford, Oakham, & Uppingham and all villages in between. We run our deliveries on a schedule organised via our system. You can be sure to know when to expect your linen. Because we keep our coverage quite local,(we are never more than 2 hours from our furthest customer) we can dispatch emergency lines on the same day with no fees incurred as we understand you can never fully estimate the amount of laundry you need, season to season.

I am sure the Wash Basket provide an excellent service to businesses but unfortunately, as someone who just needed one bag of bedding washed and dried I had a different experience. Firstly I fell over a crate at the entrance and then waited for a while - one staff member at the back watched me wait - I asked if someone could help me, he didn't reply. Another gent arrived, I explained that I had called the day before and was here to drop off some washing/drying. He told me he couldn't confirm when it would be done by and suggested Friday afternoon - this was on Tuesday. I felt because I wasn't a business I wasn't worth the bother. And this is where the crunch is for me. What if I was a large business wanting to test the waters? What if my next delivery would be for a 10 bed B&B? Well they will never know. I have found somewhere else now.

I have used the wash basket for many years Any problems have been dealt with Then out of the blue received an email saying prices going up not a problem Then on the Tuesday no laundry returned I had 6 bags to go They never turned up so I rang them to hear they were not coming So I made other arrangements for my laundry Please be aware
