Great spoons!!! although portion sizes weren't up to usual standards.Pint was cold and staff were friendly so what's not to like.

If you’re going for drinks on a night out you’ll be fine, wider selection than most pubs/clubs for a cheaper price. But if you’re eating there, not so much. Wide selection and variety for both main and breakfast but isn’t quality in the slightest. The common full English breakfast wasn’t great, didn’t come with black pudding or tomatoes and some of the food on the plate was lukewarm. It was incredibly cheap (£5) and fast to deliver (less than 10min) but not as good as other traditional cafes do them.

This is the second time in the last 2 weeks that I have had a very poor experience. I ordered the gourmet steak with a pt. of Export ale. The meal was OK but the Export Ale was flat with a vinegar taste. I had the same experience last week while drinking a pint of Abbots Ale. I will not be drinking any beers the next time I visit.

Staff need to concentrate on the job in hand instead of looking around and chatting to someone else when serving. Ordered a pint and the member of staff turned round and was having a good chat with someone before she realised that the barrel needed changing. Then mixed up the order, then when asked for a receipt was told that it had run out and she didn't have time to change it.

Standard Wetherspoon pub. Beers are a good price. The food is pretty much in different. My wife didn't particularly like her chicken dish.
