Ordered some flowers and had to ring up 3 times to see why they weren’t delivered. I was told they had been delivered so after an hour I rang back up because there was no sign of them only to be told they had been delivered to the wrong address and was asked if I could send the person receiving the flowers to go and get them from this address. By this time the surprise flower delivery was ruined and then I had to ring back to let them know that the address they had gone to was also expecting some flowers, so after a 3rd time of ringing I was told they missed the order and would send them later in the day. By 4.20pm the flowers were eventually delivered, but of course this had ruined the surprise. So basically I paid for a service that would not of happened if I hadn’t been ringing the shop to chase this up. Andrew (who missed the order) did apologise and said he made up a larger bundle, but as the surprise was ruined it was pointless by this time. They say shop local to help out smaller businesses but when you get this kind of service what’s the point? So all in all, a waste of time, a really poor service and I won’t bother wasting money on this shop again.

My son lives in Scotland and ordered birthday flowers in a box presentation on 13/10/21. Flowers were ordered and delivered in 2 hours great. However the next day 14/10 they were badly wilted and flopping over. On checking no water!! I contacted Andrew and several email exchanges later the customer service was sadly lacking. He would not replace or refund my son as “up to customer to check water”! What immediately ?. I was out for the entire day of my birthday and next morning noticed. Having had many box presentations over the years where flowers are in plenty of water I’m disgusted and disappointed and feel badly let down. I feel sad for my son and family who paid good money. 🤬😢

Friendly family business. Great for fruit n veg, flowers and some plants, some Christmas trees and holiday wreaths. Also good selection of cards and gifts and mouth watering cakes, sweets, pastries. Just a lovely little shop.
