Sean you guys have yet to email us back regarding the warranty, the wrong door you ordered, the leak in the new window and finally the glass replacement. Emailed you 3 times called you 10 times. Please call us before we send the pre protocol letter.

Turned up 25 mins early for appointment & sent msg with child to ask if he could return @ 2.30 pm as arranged as was in shower. Waited 1 hr 15 mins with no return or msg. Called them & told guys been sent to another job, so could we arrange another time, to which I agreed, but told him timings available & to stick to it, so he said we’ll not bother then & the put phone down on me! Obviously don’t need the business’s, bloke,s a complete James Hunt‼️
