Decent prices but the books are not new hence to good prices , things that were published years back . Good for stationary always get work office supplies , toys are cheap tat so you get what you pay for but the staff are the downfall of this place , had to bring back a broken game was cheap in the 2 for 10 but broke instantly didn’t have receipt so lady that served me wasn’t helpful , politely asked if I could speak to a manager or someone else in charge and the next manager was just the same if not worse than the till person. Rude , bad attitude , didn’t wanna be there and just generally rude and dismissive . Walked out without my refund and won’t be returning . Would rather pay a little more for better quality and some “actual” customer service

Prices are higher than others, despite its reputation. I visited today and the staff member was so rude, no eye contact, no hello, it took her five minutes to even acknowledge that I was waiting at the till, despite her stocking shelves right next to it, and when she did serve me, she clearly did not want to be there.

I could spend hours looking at everything, there is so much variety for a small location and I love crafts!! I was given a free football book at the checkout!

This is a definite go to store for all your needs. Whether it's books crafts art equipment or stuff for school college or university you'll find it all under one roof and fantastic prices. Best on the high street. My kids favourite shop for slime and squishys. And where else can you get 10 cards for just a quid.

Store is full of ideas If you want to find a calendar or get lost in a book, then this is your store. There are activities like Knitting books, Rock painting and lots to browse and find to do. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the products is also good so don't be put off by price being good. Awesome gifts for parties for the children and adults alike.
