I chose Thomas & May as one of their offices is a 2 minute walk from the property I own, and I have never been so pleased about a decision. Rob has been a constant help throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to assist me with my switch to a buy to let mortgage, and with vetting the tenants. I am so happy with the tenant they found for me and it only took a week! Would definitely use again and highly recommend. 👍🏼

Thomas and May always seem to have the best houses on sale in the area! My partner and I bought our first house through Thomas & May and, although it was a long, frustrating wait for the property, Robin & Christine were fantastic; answering our queries, chasing the other side. Lovely people, could not recommend enough! Unlike other Estate Agents, they didn't try to sell us a property that didn't match our description. They understood our needs and now we're in a house we absolutely love!

Was told that Thomas & May don't provide floor plans for rentals which I find absurd. So only properties that are for sale are worthy of having floor plans provided? Every other real estate agent provides videos of the property along with floor plans. You cannot expect someone to go only by photographs, especially when photos can be so deceiving. You are just going to waste a viewers time and not to mention yours!
