Great B&B to stay at with our spaniel Molly. We were all made very welcome by Lexi and Gerry. Small downstairs room but had everything we needed including a very comfy bed and newly fitted bathroom with great shower. Breakfasts were perfect! Proper bacon and the best scrambled eggs I've had for a very long time. Lots of other choices too. Wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family looking for somewhere to stay in Holt.

Had a wonderful long weekend and couldn't have felt more welcome. Lexi and Jerry are great host. They couldn't have been more helpful and interesting conversation. The breakfast was fantastic and the coast amazing. Recommended, hope to return in the future.

Our Room was light, bright and very comfortable. The little touches were wonderful. The Towels were lovely and soft, The Nibbles, Sherry, Tea, Coffee and Chocolates were a lovely treat. A very good choice of Breakfasts. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Excellent B&B first class in every respect. Excellent choice of breakfast, very comfortable bedroom nothing was too much trouble
