Refused to give the vehicle without hard copy of utility bill as a proof of address!!! How can I get it when I'm on the trip. Offered to show several bills that I have photos on my phone - didn't accept.
I also provided driving license with a proof of address of course.
Ah, and when booking there is no requirement for hard copy bill...
