J T5 StarWas struggling to get my watch repaired in cirencester, went to all the independents first. They all suggested a new bracelet or tried contacting the supplier. The lad in Timpsons said, "Give me 15 mins". Went back and he put a new pin in for me which was all it needed. No idea why the other watch shops couldn't do this.
