Took my key in 3 weeks ago, got told I’d have a call back within the week and still haven’t had a call to say to bring my key down to sort. I just called and spoke to an absolute thicko who can’t understand numbers when I’m trying to read my number out. Thought I said 6 instead of 7, 9 instead of 7. Absolutely useless! Won’t bother using you, I’ll go to another timpsons or another company if they hire thickos like him.

They were supposed to dry clean my quilt when I find that they actually washed it and shrunk it it was no cheap quilt and I’m not happy chappy be careful of these people not fit for purpose and they charge me to dry cleaning price as a post to the wash price. I feel totally cheated and I doubt they’ll ever get my business again🤬🤬🤬

I visited the shop to get a spare key for my motorcycle. It is over 40 years old so the key is quite different compared to newer machines. The manager, Chris, solved this problem by ordering in an unusual blank key and cut it few days later. It works perfectly. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and excellent staff. Very good experience.
