Highly recommended good place to put my kids in there lovely staff and they do take care off the kids also I get updates with the activities what they do on each day . So we know what's happening 🤗

My daughter went here once a week, personally I Regret putting my daughter into this nursery it was fine at first, then after a while little things like my daughters nappies wasn’t being put on properly ,then I pick My daughter up to be told she has been bitten by another child on the face she had teeth marks on her chin of course I wasn’t happy but knew these things happened , 2 weeks later the same child bit my child again on the hand , I speak to the deputy manager who knew nothing about the bite before , she said she would speak to the family and put things into place the following week I take my daughter in to be told two members of staff have to be in the room watching whilst my daughter and this child was in the same room ,a week after being told this the same child bit my daughter on the face again clearly the staff aren’t doing there job properly it shouldn’t take two members of staff to watch one child and the fact there was and my child still gets bitten says it all, then one member of staff tried to fob me of saying this child come down the slide and my daughter was at the bottom and this child’s face knocked into hers, 1 why hasn’t my child been removed from the bottom of the slide to avoid anything happening 2 it’s a lie there are teeth marks, she then checks the paperwork and says oh yes she has been bitten.. Also they still have my daughter hat they said they would look for and get back to me and they haven’t and when I message them on there page they ignore me.. i pulled her out and it was the best thing I did
