I had a great time finding treasures in this store on a sunny Saturday, only to find that my bank card randomly put a restriction on spending so I was stuck at the checkout counter not able to pay for the products I bought. Ms. Hannah Astin could not be more patient and helpful during this process (and it was a very long process)! We tried some innovative paying methods splitting up the charge, but the last chunck of payment just couldn't go through. Hannah was not able to do anything else for at least 20 minutes just to help me with this, and in the end, she was so generous to pay for me with her own card so I can finish the transaction and pay her online (which apparently my card managed to do)... I'm very grateful for her help!

Found nice polo 29.99 two black marks on collars very prominent so as always you ask and usally get extra 10% off at your own risk cnone refundable. This young manger serving said no sorry no extra off . I said ok ill leave it . Then asked if i had loyalty card i said no he said do you want 1 and ill give you 10% on the t shirt cheeky knob . Small guy beard and pony yail

TK Maxx is a large store situated in the heart of the Lancaster city centre. It is a well run and well organised establishment with a great variety of products and clothing to choose from. All the staff I have encountered have been polite and efficient with excellent product knowledge. I enjoy shopping there and the prices are very reasonable.
