TM Rubbish Clearance

I asked for quotes for removal of a very heavy vintage upright piano from an intermediary service who recommended five local companies including TM Rubbish Clearance. Three quotes came back of which their quote was both the fastest in terms of response and cheapest. When I contacted them to arrange a date for the collection, we settled quickly on a mutually agreeable day, which could have been earlier (almost immediate) but for a holiday I was about to go on. On the day, despite offering a three hour window, they were ready to go at the earliest time and arrived very promptly after checking I was in. Removal of the piano was careful, efficient and professional. I noted the lead of the team of three instructing one of the team, obviously the junior member, on a health and safety point. The guidance was appropriately delivered neither demeaning his team member nor coming across as overly aggressive. Rather the instruction was substantive and professional. I'd work for him! Would I go to this company again? Yes, very definitely. Would I recommend them? Yes, with great confidence. All in all, a very fine service and a pleasure to do business with.

We needed to have our ripped out old kitchen removed and disposed of, so quite a large load. John got back to me with a quote really quickly following my initial inquiry and was able to come the next day to do the job. They did an excellent and efficient job and the price was very reasonable, especially compared to some other options. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Absolutely outstanding service! Time keeping was perfect & they kept in touch. Really great guys, nothing too much trouble. They went above & beyond to clear our rubbish even making two trips on a Saturday to make sure all was cleared & that we were happy. Highly recommend everybody to use this service.
