We loved Tom's distinctive photography from the moment we first saw some of his pictures. His photos of our wedding did not disappoint. On the day, his unobtrusive style meant everybody was relaxed and enjoying themselves. When we went to do some post-ceremony pictures, Tom made us feel at ease and kept everything very natural, so it never felt like we were doing a photo shoot. We're delighted with our pictures.

We first came across Tom's work at an event we attended and when we were looking at wedding photographers back in 2019, we decided to get in touch. Fast forward 2 and a half years and Tom was excellent and put us all at ease on the day, so much so that he thought we were all so laid back which made his job easier. The photographs were amazing quality and we could not ask for anything more. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have known Tom for many years now and who best to photograph our wedding day. Tom is extremely professional from the first meeting right through to the big day. Tom is very calm and made us feel at ease as myself and my husband are not the best in front of a camera. We have got some fantastic photos down at Buttermere and we couldn't be happier.

I first became aware of Tom as a photographer on an expedition to central America. Whilst over there Tom documented our excursion, and it was only after we returned to England and Tom uploaded the photographs did I understand the extent of his talent. Even at that point (five years before the wedding!) I knew I wanted him to be the photographer for our special day. From booking, to our meeting weeks prior to the day, and then to the day itself, Tom was ever the professional, ensuring all our photography requests could be achieved. On the day, Tom integrated himself wonderfully with his relaxed and friendly demeanour. His experience of wedding photography was evident in his positioning throughout the day, ensuring the most perfect shots were taken. He even took us ‘off-piste’, walking around Rydal water in our dresses, walking boots, and with our dog, to capture the most unique and beautiful pictures. We were extremely fortunate with the weather, although it is understood that too much bright light can be detrimental. Tom used his skill and experience to adapt to the conditions, ensuring perfect photographs regardless of the weather. It could have been a risk entrusting a friend to document the most important day of our lives. However, we could not be happier with our wedding photos and have received copious comments about their beauty ever since. They’re even going to be featured in Your North West Wedding Magazine! It is clear to see just by browsing through Tom’s outstanding photographs how talented a photographer he is. His ‘eye’ for detail and the perfect shot really is priceless.
