Toni & Guy Worcester

Steve worked his way up through the ranks at TONI&GUY from an apprentice to hairdresser and gained a Leadership Degree at Durham University along the way. His love for hair has seen him work on high profile promotional campaigns, as well as at London Fashion Week. He even bought home the trophy in the Gents Grooming category at Wella Trend Vision in 2017! Caroline loves working with all hair types, but has a soft spot for curls. After completing her NVQ Level 2, she started at TONI&GUY Worcester in 2000 and completed her diploma in 2002, meaning she’s been with us more than 20 years! Caroline has taken multiple creative & classic courses at the Academy to become the best she can possibly be. New kid on the block Josh joined team Worcester in 2018 and has done a fantastic job of representing us at numerous assistant’s competitions and education events. Our education programme is inspiring and continually updated to ensure that we remain at the forefront of the hairdressing industry so we can’t wait to see what the future holds for Josh.

Caroline is fabulous. She really listened to my hair goals, talked through my options at my first appointment to get me started on growing out my curls. At my recent appointment she kept the length and reshaped my curls to perfection. Possibly the only stylist to ever do exactly what I wanted. So happy with the results.

Absolutely 1st class service, I'm delighted with my cut and colour where its a perfect match to a style I had a few years ago and wanted to go back to. Well worth paying more for the quality of the service and expertise as I've tried to replicate this style with other salons where it hasn't turned out as I wanted.

So looking forward to going here with a £60 voucher I had been given as a present. Biggest disappointment ever. Salon empty and very small and cramped inside. Deadly silence on arrival, no background music and no other customers. Met by sullen miserable lady who was off hand and unfriendly. Considering my hair is past my waist was in and out in 35 minutes. Not offered a drink or any conversation, an embarrassing silence. I know Covid and other infections are still around but plastic cups can be used if that is a worry. For £60 she could have made an attempt at conversation. Actually found this a cramped space and old fashioned. Nothing to recommend it. Would never go there again, advise any one else the same. A strange experience. Please dont waste your money there.
