My parents had an absolutely faultless experience with James, from start to finish, when recently having their bathroom completely revamped and adapted to their needs. He explained everything and was happy to answer every question, fully and honestly. The bathroom transformation was extremely impressive and certainly has the wow factor. 5 stars for a lovely sparkling new bathroom thanks to Top Tap plumbing. The whole room in my cottage had to be stripped right back to brick walls and concrete floor. A complete makeover was required! James then proceeded to completely sorted out the old plumbing and fitted a new shower, sink, and toilet along with lovely wood panelling and doing all the tiling! A bath was fitted in an upstairs bedroom, which is luxury! The full monty. It was a mucky job in the initial stages but James cleaned up every evening. Needless to say I can thoroughly recommend Top Tap bathroom.

Excellent work. Very punctual and friendly very polite and has done a great job replacing our bathroom boards with tiling and rectifying a shoddy job by the previous workman.
