Tot's Pots

I've always made a batch of jam each year as I love to reminisce about childhood days with my Nanny making the annual batch of cherry plum jam, which she would give to her neighbours in exchange for any spare produce that they had.

In 2001, my husband and I extended our garden and planted a few apple trees and fruit shrubs.  As the garden grew and the trees and shrubs started fruiting, I began experimenting with recipes based on the fruit available at different times of the year - and the rest, as they say, is history!
