Initially they were great, However the last phone call the guy Craig…I believe was nothing short of rude, telling me that an Issue I raised was not his problem. Also yes I was happy with the Bodywork repair but when I asked why the noise had not been dealt with, I was told they don’t do engine repairs, which is fine but they should have told me that when I told them about the noise and they said they would look at it when it was booked in, because had I have known, I would have taken it somewhere that could do the whole job and not just half of it. The guy who dealt with me last was lovely, don’t know his name. Was also asked for a second time once again by craig I believe about paying the excess when I had already done so and he wasn’t even dealing with me. So now I’m left with chasing insurance company once again myself.

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly efficient team that kept me informed every step of the way. Made my life easier by supplying a courtesy car and when the car was repaired it was a perfect as when saw in the showroom, they even had it all cleaned on my collection. They will always be my go to from now on. 5*

So I have used total motor care a few times now and each and every time they have been fantastic! I run a busy business so having my vehicles in top order is important, they kept me updated at all times. I personally will not use another garage.

Excellent service - my Mini was well and truly looked after. My driver side looks brand new after having been scraped by another driver thank you Body shop team. And thank you to Ben he was polite, professional and very helpful. He didn't seem to mind taking the time to explain things to me. And even before I drove away I was asked if everything was ok by the owner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.
