Total Therapy Centre (TTC) is a physical injury and rehabilitation clinic that prides itself on delivering the best treatments in order to prevent, diagnose and rehabilitate a wide range of injuries. At Total Therapy Centre we offer treatments such as; sports massage, injury diagnosis, injury rehabilitation and gym & home exercise programs, helping to cater for everyone's individual needs. Total Therapy Centre do not only provide in clinic treatments but also provide a mobile service bringing our treatments to you.
Our therapists are BSc (hons) Sports therapy, MSc Sports Medicine and level 4 VTCT massage qualified. The experience they have gained is across elite level sport and currently still work within the industry as well as in clinical based assessment and rehabilitation.
WHERE ARE WE ?
We are located within Clitheroe Leisure which is on the grounds of Clitheroe Cricket Club, off Chatburn Road, Clitheroe. BB7 2AS
Enter the Cricket club and bear left taking the road around the cricket pitch. The Leisure centre is located over the far side of the pitch.
There is lots of free parking available right outside the Leisure Centre.
Clitheroe Leisure has great facilities, a gym, sauna, steam room, studios, spin room, huge changing rooms with showers.
A large variety of classes are available. (spin, body balance, etc)

Sophie Cowman5 StarI found myself injured a few weeks away from race day. Ross was amazing! He talked me through my problem and developed a solid plan of action. He checked in with my progress regularly too, to make sure I was on track. Without him I don’t think I would have made the progress I have. Éva Borbély5 StarRoss has been very helpful, I had a bad knee injury 2 years ago and as I'm a fitness Instructor my job is very demanding physically therefore I had a little relapse. I’ve been training pretty hard at the gym and getting quite a lot of aches and pains in my lower back and legs. Joe is brilliant at understanding and focussing on whatever needs work, and has been really effective at fixing me up. I’m really glad I found Total Therapy Centre and have already booked repeat appointments.
I’ve tried a lot of different massage therapists over the years and Joe is by far the best!Friday 4th June 2021

Joe went without his meal break in order to see me, and managed to get it all fixed enough for me to go to work. Ashlawl5 StarCame in for treatment on my bad knee, I’ve seen at least 4 different physios with my injury so far with no luck at all. Ross at Total Therapy Center was able to fix my pain and movement within the first 30 minutes.
