I came across Tototec by chance and I am so glad I did. The service I received was superb and they are such a friendly team. I needed the wheels re-aligned on my car after having some major work done. Russell and Co.worked must have worked on my car for over 1.5 hrs trying to get the wheels aligned but then discovered the work that I had done by the previous mobile mechanic was the problem and reason they wouldn't align. Russell kindly spoke to the mobile mechanic who had done the work on the car and explained what the issue was so he could rectify it and said to me to bring the car back once the work was done and he would do the alignment again. He took his time to explain what all the measurements were and gave me advice on the situation. I really appreciated the kindness, honesty and integrity of the service received by Russell and all of his team. My air con compressor just gave up on my toyota iq, with the high humidity we have been experiencing I needed it fixed. Gave to Russell and his team, they diagnosed the problem worked on the problem and solved the problem. Gave me their company courtesy car for a couple of days so I could get to work without stressing out on public transport. Brilliant customer service and a first class job.

Definitely reccommend if you want a good service and saves you around £100 from main toyota dealer. Gary done a great job with my full service on a toyora auris and picked out even the slightest rattle from a bumper rivet which was loose. Very friendly receptionist. No extra costs unless agreed upon and a full valet was included too. Overall great job and i shall be using them next year too hopefully.

I was referred by Horley Tires & Exhaust to sovle uneven tyre wear. Service was great - particularly that Russil explained the issues thoroughly and comprehesively using pre-made diagrams once the work was done. He even gave me balanced advice on the relative importance of some repair options. End result, car drives much better the moment I got back on the road, I haven't spend more that need and prolem is solved. Recommended.

Today was my first visit to Toyotec for a full service on my Lexus RX450h having lost all trust in Lexus main dealers i decided to bring my RX for Russell and the team to service my car All communication, emails and on the phone was spot on, the loan car allowed me to get back home and turned out to be a great little car You just have to read all the paper work to see how upfront Russell was being it was very detailed far more than i ever got from a Lexus main dealer, there was some issues that needed sorting and Angela was getting the prices together but i did ask about some work to which Russell replied you dont need to do that and explained why i didnt need to waste my money - when was the last time you ever heard that in a garage - so on my first visit thats a 10/10 and this is where i will be returning so give Toyotec a go - you wont regret it - Gary Bartlett 5th November 2021
