Established in 1991, we’re a small, family-run business offering a unique car buying and servicing experience, treating our customers how we’d like to be treated ourselves with friendly, personal service. Recently had to move our service plan to Tracks of Exeter. As usual the team here are excellent; personable, professional, engaging and efficient.They even managed to sort a problem out on the car as parts were in-stock and work was done within an hour of being called to say it was necessary.Well done to you all. We will continue to use you even though the dealership in our area has moved. Had a problem from the DVLA after trading in my Mum's car at Tracks Suzuki. Spoke to Will in Exeter this afternoon after getting the letter today. He has already sorted it out, the same afternoon. Impressive service. They were amazing, they serviced it, MOT'd it and delivered it to us in Dorset (for a very reasonable price) as my wife couldn't drive it that far due to a bad hand. Will couldn't do enough for us and even put a full years Suzuki Warranty on it, as he realised we wouldn't want to return to Tracks in Eceter if there wzs a problem..great garage great service. My wife and I have leased a Vitarra since mid December 2021. It is a great car to drive and Jack the salesman is a credit to the company. He was very patient and helpful with us old, doddery, pensioners. I wish Suzuki did more advertising to support the dealership. Not posy hi-tech adverts like certain car manufacturers but ads that sell the practical benefits of their vehicles. Tracks is an EXCELLENT company to deal with. I feel so strong about that that I do not believe I will ever go elsewhere for a vehicle as long as the high standards continue. Bought my car from them last year , excellent service , took it in yesterday for MOT and service and greeted with lovely lady , all documents ready to sign , keys to courtesy car there ready , she came out and explained few things and off I went . Returned to collect my car later , same lovely lady there and all paperwork there to collect . Thank you Tracks Exeter Sadly it’s sometimes difficult to find loyal, honest, and caring people to look after your car - however, I am so pleased that I chose Tracks Suzuki.Whilst looking for my next car, I found it difficult narrowing down my options. With that being said, I was recommended Tracks by a family member, who was proud to have had nearly 3 Swift’s in the last 15 years! I was so glad I listened to their recommendation as Tracks couldn’t do enough to meet my requirements and I am very confident that I’d buy my next car from them too!TracksCare is a great service/care plan for my Swift - it’s affordable, the service is great, it covers a lifetime warranty on your vehicle, and you can’t get much better than that. Free labour, discounted parts, and a complimentary coffee and valet too! (Made me feel better when I had to drop my car off first thing on an early morning!)

My car is now 9 years old and has always been looked after by Tracks in Exeter. Their service is second to none. I assume that it's also a good place to work as many of the staff have been there since I bought my car. However, I did raise one, tongue in cheek, point this time: the complimentary dog biscuits are bigger than those for customers - although it was pointed out that I could have had more than one if I'd wanted!

Have been taking my car for regular servicing since moving to Devon and have always found all the staff very helpful. Would not take my car anywhere else as Tracks can be trusted and are so reliable. Long may it continue.

Great service. We dropped the car off the evening before and were able to pick it up before lunchtime the next day - Service and MOT. Despite all the works going on in the showroom everyone was thoughtful and straightforward and quick. Thankyou Tracks.
