Dont pay for express delivery. I did 3rd day still waiting for a birthday present Was suppose to be 1/2 days Ring up not interested blaming couires for not delivering it yesterday. Now saying today to deliver but said that the last two days. So paid 8.85 for nothing. After staying in alday day 3 still no parcel. So taking this higher.has the company told me it should of arrived today they have had my money took that fast enough but still no parcel it's says 1/2 days still don't kbow when parcel us coming has Dx express just say out for delivery???? Not very happy at all will update when I finally get my parcel

Placed an order Friday 3rd Dec 08:27am, order confirmed, payment taken, Friday 3rd of december 09:34am your order has been "shipped" Now...any normal human being would assume "shipped" means your goods are on the way, happy days Monday 6th of December 14:18 get a missed call, then voicemail: Ohhh... sorry, we dont have your item in stock so... rough calculation, 77hours for someone to get in touch with a customer to say you dont have something in stock, I dont know how the business is run, but I can personally get a hell of a lot done in 77hours. how do you guys process and take payment from someone if you dont have an item in stock, whoever is writing your software for stock take and inventory, needs to be sacked, and you should sort it out. not happy, now i have to wait for my refund, to take my business elsewhere

Received item promptly and well packaged. Had a slight issue, needed longer fixing bolts, emailed sales and received reply that bolts would be sent to me , thankyou. Would definitely consider using TVA again
