Helpful had what I ordered no fuss

Emailed this after being let down: Dear Sir/Madam, I am emailing to express my complete disgust as a tradepoint customer at how I have been let down by Tradepoint delivery service. I needed to do a job that required we had flooring delivered on time due to tradesmen on site on the 3rd of Sept, I ordered the flooring well in advance (18th August) for delivery and was given the date as the 2nd Sept. I received a text on the 1st September at 3.16pm to say that it was now being delivered on the 7th September. I called the number on the text to be told that it was still to be delivered on the 2nd and I asked the person on phone to check he said after putting me on hold for 10 mins that the transport company had lots of aborted jobs and drivers had worked too many hours so that Monday it would now be dely date. I was then told I would be compensated with a voucher for £30 and tradepoint say do not book tradesmen until items have arrived!!!!!!! This is 2020 and if you wait from the 18th of August to the 2nd September to be told it will be the 7th that is not acceptable, I have now had to go to my local branch and buy the items again as I was told that it would be easier and only way I would get my flooring. So today I have paid £413.08 twice for my flooring because you as a company are unable to refund or God forbid just let me go and pick up my order myself from the store that had 204 in stock. I have never had a good experience with Tradepoint deliveries, I have had damaged appliances, drivers moaning of the position of the property and now a complete let down. By the way the person at Tradepoint in Northampton who dealt with me when I went to buy my items again started laughing and saying that it was ridiculous that tradesmen could not be on site until items had been ordered and she needed to be told about this as she has never heard of it or her colleagues!!!!! So please , forward my email to your complaints department, refund my £413.08 and sort out your deliveries or I will take my business back to Wickes.
