Sustainability is at the core of every one of our designs. We have in-house sustainable homes experts and work closely with BREEAM assessors. We are a member of ‘Architects Declare’ and have a fully qualified Passivhaus architect within the practice, who consults across all our projects. Our practice is unique in that we have a mix of RIBA qualified Architects, Chartered Surveyors, Certified Passivhaus Designers and Architectural Technologists. We offer a full end-to-end service which means we can manage your projects from design & planning through to construction. Our approach to each brief starts by trying to unpick the individual needs and wants of the client. Understanding how they envisage themselves using the space is central to our design process. By putting people first, we offer our them a bespoke design response in a sustainable and thoughtful way. Our award-winning practice has a broad range of experience; from one off bespoke designs to large scale housing developments. Our practice creates dramatic, innovative and modern architecture which is sensitive to its location. Our thoughtful designs are grounded in physical, cultural and historical context of the development project. The breadth of skills in our team is one of our key strengths; our practice includes Chartered Architects, Chartered Surveyors, Architectural and Planning Consultants, Architectural Technicians and Support Staff. We’re a starting new plans on a site in Cornwall and Trewin Design (good name too) have done an amazing job. The plans, the support and the friendly advice has been incredible. Would recommend getting in touch if you want a contemporary piece of architecture.
